Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of stk-agency.tech and any services you purchase from STK Agency. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

STK Agency is operated by Serafim Krastev. Until formal business registration is complete, Serafim Krastev is personally the contracting party.

2. Services

STK Agency provides growth marketing services including AI-assisted ad creative production, landing page development, analytics setup, and email sequence implementation.

The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins, either via email or a separate service agreement.

3. Enquiries and Discovery Calls

Submitting a contact form or booking a discovery call does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. A working relationship only begins once both parties have agreed to a proposal in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-engagement basis. For one-off projects, payment is typically required before work begins or in agreed instalments. For retainer engagements, payment is due at the start of each monthly cycle.

Late payment may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.

5. Contract Length and Termination

Contract length is agreed individually with each client and confirmed in writing before the engagement begins. Either party may terminate the agreement according to the terms agreed at the start of the engagement.

STK Agency reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if a client acts in bad faith, fails to provide agreed materials, or breaches these terms.

6. Deliverables and Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in each package is as described on our website or in your proposal. Requests beyond the included revision scope will be scoped and quoted separately.

Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.

7. Client Responsibilities

To deliver work on time, we need you to:

• Provide a clear brief before work begins
• Respond to questions and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide access to any tools, accounts, or assets we need to do the work

Delays caused by late or incomplete information from the client do not constitute a breach of our delivery commitments.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final creative assets produced for them. STK Agency retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any tools, templates, workflows, or systems developed by STK Agency that are not specific to the client remain the property of STK Agency.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, technical details, and financial terms.

This obligation continues for 2 years after the end of the engagement.

10. Limitation of Liability

STK Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost profits, or reputational damage. Our liability in any situation is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific advertising results, revenue outcomes, or conversion rates. Growth marketing involves inherent uncertainty and we work to deliver the best possible outcomes based on available data.

11. Website Use

You may use stk-agency.tech for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the website or its infrastructure.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to new engagements from the date of publication. We will not change terms mid-engagement without your agreement.
